Bills. Home. Car. Job. Schedule. Boss.
There is a lot to tie us down in life. Do you feel restrained? That is not how Jesus wants you to live. He died to free you.
I recently received a post from one of our worship team members after a rather freeing night of worship recently. He wonderfully describes his thoughts, feelings, and struggles on being restrained. He is allowing me to share his words...
"I realized that I need to be unrestrained in worship. I find myself holding back many times. Christ came to liberate us; we are free! So why don't I act like a man free to worship the God who freed me? Am I more concerned about what those around me will think than about worshiping God with my whole being? I don't have to lift my hands or clap because someone tells me to, but I'm free to offer these things as worship to my God because He is worthy of that and so much more. To sum it up, I realized that my worship is a personal response to God's grace, mercy, love, goodness, power, and every other facet of awesomeness that describes God and as such, my worship should be an unrestrained outpouring of my being to him in praise, love, and joy."
Amen!
Today is Sunday. Will you worship unrestrained today?
Tomorrow is Monday, then Tuesday will come and the rest of the week will follow. The bills will be there. Home. Car. Job. Schedule. Boss. It will all still be there. But what will be your response? Will you worship unrestrained in these days to come?
Give Jesus glory and honor! Be unrestrained in your show of praise, love, and joy!
worship Him 24/7...

The Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom!
